Hailing from the Veneto region in Italy, this beautiful wine has come to life after 2 years collaboration between Lindauer's wonderful winemaker Jane De Witt and the talents of Zonin, an Italian family steeped in the Prosecco winemaking tradition now famous across the globe. Lindauer Prosecco is a vibrant and fresh sparkling wine, delivering on the expressive hallmarks of all good things Italian! Beautiful jasmine aromas tinged with vanilla, apple and peach give way to a creamy palate with hints of honey, ripe citrus, and a delicate crispness, wonderfully finished with refreshing acidity.

The encapsulating notes of apple, red berries and wild strawberries, along with the pale pink colour of the Prosecco DOC Rosé, will add a touch of sweetness to any occasion.

Pale pink coralish color, expressive nose with fresh red fruits and yellow fruits (peach) and a citrus touch. The aromatic palate has a beautiful red fruits and citrus expression and ends on a supple and greedy note.

The wine is a clear, bright ruby colour. A complex array of high toned red fruit aromas, ripe cherry, raspberry, cranberry with lifted floral notes, undertones of fine spice, savoury herb and quality oak Juicy, youthful and vibrant fruit driven palate. Super smooth and supple with delicate and fine fruity tannins complimenting a balanced spine of acidity. Pure cherry flavours with some sweet oak notes evident on the finish. Drinking very nicely in its' youth. Very moreish. Cellar with confidence for 3-5 years
